How quick can you ship?
We currently only offer shipping within the continental U.S. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. Shipping times and rates will vary depending on location. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
Do you accept returns?
- As a small business, our aim is to bring our customers the best quality products that they love and cherish for years to come. At this time, we are not accepting returns or exchanges. However, if your products are damaged or broken upon arrival, please send us an email at info@dotybennett.com within 14 days of delivery.
How to care for your Doty Bennett
Our lacquered placemats and coasters are cut and lacquered by hand and as a result, require delicate care and storage. Due to the nature of lacquer, please wipe off all liquids and stains immediately. Please avoid using sharp cutlery. Avoid using utensils with a rough feeling on the backside as they may scratch the lacquer surface. The lacquer surface is sensitive to moisture and alcohol. Please be careful of damage caused by strong impact and sudden temperature changes. Do not soak in water or boiling water. Not suitable for dishwasher, microwave, oven, or induction use. Avoid using strong chemical cleaning detergents. Minor scratches may occur during use, so please be careful if you are sensitive to such imperfections. Do not leave in direct sunlight for prolonged periods. We recommend individually wrapping them in soft material before storing. Since the product is handmade, there may be imperfections in the lacquer finish process, which are not defects. There may be marks on the lacquer surface, which are natural occurrences resulting from the glossy finish process. The color may vary depending on the production timing or circumstances, which is a characteristic of lacquer and not a defect in the product.
